Notice of Nondiscrimination

Leadership Learning Academy (the “School”) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, citizenship status, or genetic information in its programs and activities as required by Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the EducationAmendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of1975, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, the Genetic Information NondiscriminationAct of 2008, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The School also provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups in accordance with the Boy Scouts of America Equal Access Act.

The individuals listed below have been appointed as Campus Title IX Coordinators for each of theSchool’s campuses. They are responsible for addressing all inquiries related to their respective campus’s nondiscrimination policies.
