Teacher & Student Success Act Plan (TSSA)

The Teacher and Student Success Act is designed to improve the school’s performance under the state’s accountability system.

Budget

  • 40% of the TSSA fund will be used for competitive teacher salaries.
  • 60% of the TSSA funds will be used for paraprofessionals salaries, curriculum, and materials to support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. 

Goals Based on the School Needs

  • Students in 1st grade at LLA will increase their Acadience reading and math assessment BOY to EOY composite score by 2%.
