LLA believes that every student should feel like they belong. Crew isn't just a concept—it's a fundamental aspect of our school culture that extends into every classroom. Here's why Crew is so important to us:
In our school, each classroom functions as its own Crew—a tight-knit community where students support and uplift one another. Whether it's collaborating on projects, solving problems together, or simply lending a listening ear, Crew creates a sense of unity and belonging that transcends grade levels.
Our curriculum integrates the Flyer Creed into daily discussions, focusing on our values such as integrity, respect, resilience, and community. Through character-building exercises, students learn how to navigate conflicts peacefully and embody the principles of leadership.
Crew is more than just a group of individuals—it's a shared commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy. By embracing the principles of Crew, we ensure that every student feels valued, heard, and supported in their academic and personal journey.
Through Crew, students have a platform to express themselves, share their ideas, and contribute to their classroom community. From weekly Circle-Ups to collaborative projects, Crew empowers students to take ownership of their learning and make a positive impact on their peers.
The bonds formed within Crew extend far beyond the classroom, creating lasting connections that endure throughout the school year and beyond. Through shared experiences, challenges, and triumphs, students forge friendships and memories that will stay with them long after they leave our halls.
Crew isn't just a program—it's a way of life. Join us in embracing the power of Crew and building a community where everyone feels like they truly belong.

We've reimagined traditional student councils to create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive. Through our Crew program, leadership opportunities extend beyond popularity votes, ensuring that each student has a chance to shine. Here's how we foster leadership at every level:
6th graders have the opportunity to serve on various committees, including safety patrol, event organization, and community outreach. By choosing committees aligned with their interests, students gain practical leadership experience while making meaningful contributions to our school community.
Each class will have 6th-grade homeroom representatives who will act as liaisons between students and teachers. They assist with classroom activities, lead monthly Flight Crew sessions, and spearhead projects that promote kindness and community engagement.
At the end of the school year, 6th graders participate in a culmination event—Crew Adventure Week. This week-long celebration honors their achievements and reinforces our core values through fun activities and service projects.
