Welcome to Leadership Learning Academy (LLA), a place where we focus on both education and character development.

I'm excited to have you as part of our Flyer community, and I truly believe that choosing LLA for your children will have a significant impact on their future

At LLA, our mission is simple. We aim to provide an educational experience that empowers individuals to become leaders with integrity, respect, and resilience, while also valuing community. 

Through our Flight Crews, we encourage personal growth, challenge individuals to make a positive impact on the world, and foster a lifelong love for learning. 

Our vision for LLA is centered around The Flyer Creed, which guides us in creating an inclusive school community where everyone learns, grows, and serves with compassion and unity. 

The Flyer Creed represents our core values and serves as a compass for our daily actions. Community is the foundation of LLA. We strongly believe in nurturing meaningful connections and promoting teamwork among our students, parents, and educators. We understand the importance of a strong partnership between home and school, and we encourage your active involvement in your child's education. 

Your unique insights and support are invaluable in helping us create the best possible learning experience for your child.
